Knitting Workshops
Knitting workshops can be offered to a group of 4-8 adults. To organise
a workshop please email me with details of numbers and any dates you
have in mind. Each course costs £45 per person and runs over 5 hours
(with breaks for refreshments).
If you would prefer individual tuition this can be arranged, costing £15 for 45 minutes.
This will teach basic knitting techniques: casting on, knit and purl stitches, casting off and reading simple patterns. Learning these skills will help you to create a scarf or cushion cover.
Cabling and Shaping
Those who have knitted before have the chance to learn new skills - knitting the cable pattern and incorporating cabling into a hat and scarf. Shaping will be necessary in the hat, so these skills will also be mastered in this workshop.
